Every chapter on the record.
Thirty years, five industries, the wins and the failure — because a track record you can't examine isn't a track record.
Construction & Land Development
Managed the construction and land development of homes throughout the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area.
Lesson: Excellence is a checklist executed with pride. 100% each time.

Real Estate Development & Investment
Personal real estate development, investment, and the hard education of capital, risk, patience, and loss.
Lesson: The deal you don't do matters as much as the one you do.
Wellness & Franchise Operations
Acquired, scaled, and profitably operated multiple wellness-franchise locations across the Sacramento and Bay Area regions.
Lesson: Culture is the only durable moat in a service business. Period.

Financial Services at Scale
Built a national financial services company from the ground up, debt free with tens of thousands of clients, several hundred employees across multiple states and near shore, multi-state licensing, enterprise compliance infrastructure, and end-to-end borrower advocacy across every major federal repayment and forgiveness program. And also made the leadership failures that ended it.
Lesson: Growth you don't govern correctly will govern you.
How this era ended, in my own wordsRebuilding
Operations leadership within a family enterprise: leading a business turnaround, managing the family vineyard, working on an early-stage technology project, and mentoring entrepreneurs and people rebuilding their lives.
Lesson: The comeback is a daily practice.
What I'm building now
Three operating beliefs.
Systems over heroics.
Build the machine that produces the result. Don't depend on a single person's extraordinary effort. Most importantly - your own.
People over transactions.
Every business is a relationship business. The deal is the beginning, not the end.
Data over drama.
Make decisions rooted in what's measurable. Intuition has a role, but it must follow the numbers.
